In Person Grief Support & Recovery Group:

About the Group Grief is a natural response to loss — yet many people are never shown how to understand it, carry it, or move through it in a healthy way. When grief is unprocessed, it can quietly affect emotional well-being, relationships, physical health, and daily life. This group offers a safe, supportive, and structured space to better understand grief, reduce isolation, and learn practical tools for coping and emotional regulation. This program is educational and supportive in nature, designed to help participants gain insight, language, and grounding — not to treat mental health conditions. ⸻ Who This Group Is For: This program is open to adults (18+) experiencing grief in any form — including the loss of a loved one, a relationship, work or career, identity, health, community, or major life transitions. It is also supportive for those caring for or supporting someone who is grieving. No diagnosis or prior experience is required. You do not need to be “ready to move on” — only open to learning, reflection, and compassionate support in a non-judgmental space. ⸻ Program Structure: • In person 4 weeks • 8 total hours • Small, supportive group format • Education + guided experiential exercises ⸻ What You Will Learn & Gain By the end of the program, participants will: • Understand what grief is — and what it is not • Learn common grief patterns and myths • Recognize personal grief responses • Develop tools to manage emotional overwhelm • Learn supportive language • What to say to yourself and others • What to avoid saying • Feel less alone in the grief experience • Build emotional resilience and self-compassion • Experience a sense of grounding and clarity

FREE WEBINAR Anxiety Lab: 10 Strategies to Reset Your Stress Response

Anxiety Lab: 10 Strategies to Reset Your Stress Response is a structured, science-informed educational workshop designed to help participants better understand and regulate their stressresponse system. The nervous system is designed to detect and respond to perceived threats through physiological changes such as increased heart rate, muscle tension, heightened alertness, and the release of stress hormones like cortisol and adrenaline. While this response is adaptive in short-term danger, it can become chronically activated in response to ongoing academic, professional, or social pressures. When the stress response remains “on,” individuals may feel restless, mentally preoccupied, easily overwhelmed, or unable to relax—even in objectively safe situations. This workshop invites participants to understand stress as a response to a highly sensitive or over-activated nervous system. Using practical, science-backed strategies, participants will learngentle ways to reset their body’s baseline, ease chronic tension, and feel more balanced in daily life.

What Participants Will Learn

In this session, participants will: Understand how the body reacts to stress, including the roles of hormones like cortisoland adrenaline. Learn why being “on high alert” for long periods happens and how it continues over time. Explore how avoidance, overthinking, and physical stress responses are connected. Discover how dopamine influences motivation, effort, and habits. Learn the difference between simply suppressing stress and truly resetting the nervoussystem. See how small, consistent daily habits can gradually help the nervous system staybalanced and resilient.
