ACCEPTANCE & COMMITMENT THERAPY (ACT)

At Evolution Therapies, we offer Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)—a modern CBT-based approach focused on building a meaningful life, not just reducing symptoms. ACT helps you clarify your values and take action toward them, even when facing difficult thoughts and emotions. Unlike traditional CBT, which aims to change negative thinking, ACT teaches you to detach from unhelpful thoughts, accept what you cannot change, and focus on what truly matters. DIALECTICAL BEHAVIOUR THERAPY (DBT)

We offer Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)—a structured, evidence-based approach to emotional regulation, healthier relationships, and effective coping. Originally developed for BPD, DBT is also effective for anxiety, depression, PTSD, addiction, and self-harm.

COGNITIVE BEHAVIOURAL THERAPY (CBT)

At Evolution Therapies, we use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help break unhelpful thought and behavior patterns linked to anxiety, depression, OCD, low self-esteem, and relationship struggles. As the gold standard in therapy, CBT is research-backed and highly effective.

EYE MOVEMENT DESENSITIZATION (EMDR)

At Evolution Therapies, we offer EMDR, a research-backed therapy for trauma, anxiety, and distressing memories. EMDR helps the brain reprocess painful experiences, reducing emotional distress and fostering deep healing.
Unlike traditional talk therapy, EMDR uses bilateral stimulation (eye movements, tapping, or sounds) to resolve trauma without extensive discussion. Many find it a faster, more effective path to healing, restoring a sense of control and freedom.

PERCUSSIVE SUGGESTION TECHNIQUE (PSTEC)

At our centre, we offer Percussive Suggestion Technique (PSTEC)—a rapid, effective method for neutralizing unwanted emotions and reprogramming subconscious patterns.
PSTEC uses interactive audio tracks (14-min & 30-min) to quickly resolve emotional struggles like anxiety, phobias, PTSD, self-esteem issues, and compulsions. Often described as one of the fastest paths to emotional relief, it works by retraining the subconscious mind.
Like EFT, PSTEC follows the principle: Try it on everything! Our trained practitioners guide you through this powerful, transformative process, helping you clear emotional roadblocks and regain control.

SOMATIC EXPERIENCING (SE)

At Evolution Therapies, we offer Somatic Experiencing Therapy, a body-focused approach to releasing trauma, stress, and emotional pain through breathwork, movement, and grounding.
