Grief is a natural response to loss, yet many people are not taught how to process it. This group offers a safe, supportive space to understand grief, reduce isolation, and learn practical tools for coping and emotional regulation. This is an educational and supportive program, not therapy.
Who It’s For
Adults (18+) experiencing any form of grief — including loss, relationship changes, health challenges, or major life transitions. Also suitable for those supporting someone who is grieving.

This session supports the release of what has been weighing on the body, nervous system, and soul — gently reconnecting you with your inner strength and clarity.
The Light Body Expansion activation, facilitated by Michelle, weaves together the ancient alchemy of kundalini life force energy and the vibrational codes of light language. As you rest on your mat, your energetic body is gently awakened through sound and vibration, supporting healing, insight, and alignment with your inner awareness.
Whether you are new to this work or deepening your practice, this session offers a safe and sacred space to release, recalibrate, and expand into your light body — your true essence. You are always in choice as you move through the experience. Join us to feel the shift, embody the change, and carry the light forward.

Light Body Expansion is a surrender-based experience that supports relaxation, self-awareness, and energetic coherence through sound and frequency. While lying on a mat listening to a curated soundscape, participants are guided through different brainwave states, inviting the nervous system to settle, and the body’s innate life force intelligence to restore balance. In this state of regulation and coherence, stored stress and emotional tension may begin to release organically, at the body’s own pace and according to each individual’s readiness. Each session unfolds uniquely, supporting grounding, nervous system recalibration, and a deepened connection to one’s inner awareness.
