With over 16 years of experience, Patricia offers a warm, supportive, and practical approach to helping adults, teenagers, children aged eight and older, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges.
Patricia understands that stress, anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, and major life changes can sometimes feel overwhelming. She works collaboratively with clients to help them better understand their emotions, develop practical coping strategies, improve communication, and feel more confident managing everyday situations.
Her approach is compassionate, culturally responsive, strengths-based, and tailored to each person’s individual needs and goals. Sessions may include supportive counselling, psychoeducation, emotional-regulation strategies, mindfulness, practical life skills, and assistance connecting with helpful community resources.
Patricia is a Registered Social Service Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW) and follows the College’s Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice.
Patricia’s services focus on supportive counselling, psychoeducation, guidance, resource navigation, and practical skill development. She does not provide psychological or medical diagnoses.
